For 25 years, the American Bankruptcy Institute has hosted Bankruptcy Battleground West to support professional growth and encourage networking. The 2018 event is scheduled for March 6 and will be held at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles, California.
The event will feature a keynote address by Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Dean Chemerinsky will speak on Supreme Court cases and justices appointed within the present federal administration.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to choose among moderated sessions that address a variety of topics, including the rising rate of retail bankruptcies and their potential effects on companies that own and operate shopping malls. Following an afternoon plenary session, the day will end with a networking reception.
